It is the duty of the County Circuit Court Clerk to collect litigation taxes, court costs and fines assessed in all cases in the Coffee County Circuit, General Sessions and Juvenile Courts. The Coffee County Circuit Court Clerk Collection Department was created in 2010 in an effort to address the loss of revenue to our County and State created by defendants who fail to pay court ordered litigation taxes, court cost and fines.

Payment Options
Our Collections staff will be glad to discuss payment options by coming by our office or calling 931-723-5110. In addition, we will gladly consolidate your fines and costs and allow you to make installment payments. Payments may be made in our office or you may mail your payments to the following address:

Our office accepts cash, money order, cashier’s check, and debit/credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. Payments may also be made online. Please be sure to have your case number available when making on-line payments.
Traffic Court
Traffic Court is held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm.
